The speakers were Paola Guerrero (Sello de Origen Program – Chile) and Alexander Parra (Artesan\u00edas de Colombia – Colombia) and the moderators Carmen Paz \u00c1lvarez (Mu\u00f1oz Jeanneret Alvarez – Chile) and Guillermo Ballesteros Villalobos (Arochi & Lindner – Mexico).<\/p>\n

The importance of creating these programs in our countries to train and sensitize producers, farmers, fishermen and artisans about the importance of protecting products of origin and the benefits that this entails (best practices, marketing, traceability and access to consumers) was highlighted.<\/p>\n
