One of the most important academic and training activities that has promoted among my responsibilities as President of ASIPI is the support and dissemination of the collection “Intellectual Rights” whose volume N \u00b0 17 I have the pleasure to present to you.
\nThe importance of “Intellectual Rights” has been widely recognized in America as a fundamental instrument to promote research, analysis and academic discussion on the defense and implementation of intellectual property. Its purpose has always been to keep the community and public opinion informed and updated on developments in different fields, as well as consolidate a solid doctrinal structuring on the subject of intellectual property.
\nConsidering that these objectives have been happily fulfilled and the reading of the different volumes of “Intellectual Rights” confirms this. Our writers and researchers have always been attentive to record aspects in permanent evolution and approaches to relevant topics in accordance with advances in science, technology and innovation. The increasing globalization that characterizes today’s society demands adequate mechanisms for research, education and training. – Fernando Triana<\/p>\n
