Aware of this global trend of using mediation to find a quick and less expensive solution to intellectual property disputes, ASIPI commissioned the work to carry out a practical manual of mediation to three Latin American authorities on the subject, Jaidivi N\u00fa\u00f1ez Var\u00f3n, Alfredo Revelo Trujillo and Jos\u00e9 Octavio Zuluaga Rodr\u00edguez.
