  Este artículo busca analizar la fuente de las denominaciones de origen, indicaciones geográficas, marcas colectivas y de certificación en la ley de propiedad industrial chilena, los objetivos de estos derechos de propiedad industrial y las políticas públicas que fomentan su uso y registro, en especial la creación del programa “Sello de Origen” como iniciativa conjunta entre el Ministerio de Economía, Fomento y Turismo y el Instituto Nacional de Propiedad Industrial (INAPI) con el fin de fomentar el uso y la protección de los productos chilenos a través de estas herramientas jurídicas.  [:en]
