Intellectual Rights 17

  One of the most important academic and training activities that has promoted among my responsibilities as President of ASIPI is the support and dissemination of the collection "Intellectual Rights" whose volume N ° 17 I have the pleasure to present to you. The importance of "Intellectual Rights" has been widely recognized in America as a fundamental instrument to promote research, analysis and academic discussion on the defense and implementation of intellectual property. Its purpose has always been to keep the community and public opinion informed and updated on developments in different fields, as well as consolidate a solid doctrinal structuring on the subject of intellectual property. Considering that these objectives have been happily fulfilled and the reading of the different volumes of "Intellectual Rights" confirms this. Our writers and researchers have always been attentive to record aspects in permanent evolution and approaches to relevant topics in accordance with advances in science, technology and innovation. Derechos Intelectuales 17

Una de las actividades académicas y formativas más trascendentes que ha impulsado entre mis responsabilidades como Presidente de ASIPI es el apoyo y difusión de la colección “Derechos Intelectuales” cuyo volumen N°17 tengo el gusto de presentarles. La importancia de “Derechos Intelectuales” ha sido ampliamente reconocida en América como un instrumento fundamental para propiciar la investigación, el análisis y la discusión académica sobre la defensa e implementación de la propiedad intelectual. Su propósito ha sido siempre el mantener informada y actualizada a la comunidad y a la opinión pública sobre los desarrollos que se presentan en diferentes campos, así como consolidad consolidar una solida estructuración doctrinaria en la temática atinente a la propiedad intelectual. Considerando que estos objetivos han sido felizmente cumplidos y la lectura de los diferentes volúmenes de “Derechos Intelectuales” así lo confirma. Nuestros tratadistas e investigadores siempre han estado atentos a registrar aspectos en permanente evolución y aproximaciones a temas relevantes acordes con los avances de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación.
