Para hacerlo, revisaremos las diferentes protecciones de las que puede ser objeto un videojuego: las protecciones de las que puede ser objeto de acuerdo a la Ley 17.336 de Propiedad Intelectual y Derecho de Autor (LPI), así como las protecciones adicionales que la Ley 19.039 de Propiedad Industrial (LPIND) puede otorgarle, especialmente a nivel marcario, de patentes y diseños industriales.
