El tema objeto de estudio del Comité de Derechos de Autor fue seleccionado por su relevancia e interés actual.

Nuestro objetivo era conocer en los distintos países si existía previsión normativa y jurisprudencia con respecto a la retransmisión de eventos deportivos, en una primera instancia de fragmentos y, en un estudio posterior, se analizó respecto del contenido completo.
