Commented book on decisions between Marks Vs Ind. Geographical

 

This is perhaps the first Latin American work in which administrative and judicial decisions related to Appellations of Origin and / or Geographical Indications are collected and perhaps because of this it was difficult to obtain all those that ideally had been wanted. In any case, there was participation from many colleagues, who brought great enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication. Thanks to them we can present this work.

The work has the participation of experts from several countries in both Latin America and Europe. Even the comments to the decisions are not necessarily from the country of origin of these experts and the most enriching is that the analysis made to the decisions is from experts of all ages, but mostly young.

Libro comentado sobre decisiones entre Marcas Vs Ind. Geográficas

 

Esta es quizá la primera obra latinoamericana en que se recopilan decisiones administrativas y judiciales relacionadas con Denominaciones de Origen y/o Indicaciones Geográficas y quizá por ello fue difícil obtener todas las que idealmente se hubiesen querido. En todo caso, se contó con la participación de muchos colegas, que aportaron gran entusiasmo, conocimiento y entrega. Gracias a ellos podemos presentar esta obra.

La obra cuenta con la participación de expertos de varios países tanto de América Latina como de Europa. Incluso los comentarios a las decisiones no necesariamente son del país de origen de estos expertos y lo más enriquecedor es que el análisis que se hace a las decisiones es de expertos de todas las edades, pero mayormente jóvenes.
