Yoga class – La Antigua 2024
On June 4 at 7 in the morning, a group of participants from the 2024 Antigua Guatemala Seminary met in the Garden of Macaws to attend a yoga class, by Sofia, the instructor specially convened for this activity.
The session was organized by ASIPIFIT and, as Juan Bertón Moreno, its coordinator, told us, its objective is that the professional members of our organization can achieve a balance between work, sport and health.
