ASIPI Fit

It is a program that aims to accompany members in their integral development through spaces dedicated to their personal wellbeing: physical, mental and emotional. This is materialized through talks, articles, functional training, yoga and much more. The development of these spaces has also allowed the creation of wellness communities among our members, enabling the establishment of a support network.

This program is exclusively for ASIPI members.

Additionally, we are forming an alliance with the Social Action Committee, in order to achieve a win-win situation; that is, hand in hand with the activities of this program -which undoubtedly benefit ASIPI members to stay active and healthy-, we can be a means and pillar of support for the underprivileged.

Keeping active in a fun and relaxed environment. Make physical activity a means and a good excuse to get together, relax and stay active.

Promote a healthy lifestyle through movement and activation of the body, not necessarily through competitions, but through activities that allow us to live together, get to know each other or strengthen bonds of friendship.
