It is a program aimed at providing legal advisory services free of charge for Intellectual Property matters, in countries of the American continent. Through this program, assistance is provided to individuals or communities with low economic resources or with access barriers to the Intellectual Property system, including organizations that serve the aforementioned vulnerable groups, receiving legal advice on Intellectual Property and protect their creations.
At ASIPI we are committed to the improvement of knowledge and practice in Intellectual Property as well as the implementation and institutionalization of the Pro Bono work culture as an essential part of our policy to support entrepreneurship and social responsibility.
We are convinced that through the assistance to people or communities of low economic resources or with access barriers to the Intellectual Property system, with limited economic capacity to receive legal advice on Intellectual Property and protect their creations, we can not only generate a positive social and economic impact on them and their respective countries, but we will also be fulfilling several of ASIPI's objectives such as education, promotion and defense of Intellectual Property in the region.
